Adt -1 filing
Is it required to file ADT-1 for ratification of Auditor appointment .Please clarify frnds

Not required. ADT-1 has to be filed for appointment only.
No, ADT1 is to be filed only at the time of appointment.

but can u plzz explain with section .
Section 139(4) read with rule 3 prescribes filing of form adt-1 for appointment. The word ratification is not included. Appointment to mean for a period upto 5 years or 10 years, as the case may be.
