Dear all,

We are Private Limited Company. We appointed our existing Auditor Firm  first time in the FY 2005-06, now we reappointed Auditor in the AGM held on 16-07-2015  for the FY 2015-16.

While filing form ADT-1 , it asks for Number of Previous year for which Auditor Firm has worked as an auditor for the Company . there are two colums i.e.  FY  start date and FY end date here I put all ten years one by one and I mentioned number of years as 10.

Is this the correct way of putting it??

According to me,  we are now in transitional period, i understand that we can reappoint them as auditor even for another 2 years.

but Form ADT-1 do not accept in the place Number of Years column value more than 10 years.

How to fill up the details if the Company has already crossed 10+  year??

Yes.  It is correct.  If the number of years are more than 10, you can mention that number.

We have filed ADT-1 last year and started with 2013-14 and ended with 2004-05. Number of years was 24.

Form was approved.

Dear Gargi,

ADT-1 allows us to insert data of 10 years only, need not to bother about other two year, you can file the form ADT-1.

Being Private Limited Company, retire by rotation clause applicable, if your company has paid up share capital of rupees twenty crore or more or having public borrowings from financial institutions, banks or public deposits of rupees fifty crores or more only.

Dear Radhika mam & prakash Sir,

Thanks  a lot for your kind support.

Regards,

Gargi A.  Ranade
