An assessee has shifted from Amritsar to Ludhiana. Now he is doing business in Ludhiana since Oct. 2010. Now whether his return can be submitted with A.O. in Ludhiana giving his Ludhiana address or he will have to file his retrun in Amritsar.

1) change the address in pan card
2) file return in ludhiana
3) write a letter to ITO, amritsar with copy to CIT (ASR) , with a copy aknolowdegement submitted to ITO ludhiana, with request to "transfer file" to ludhiana ITO.
