I had applied for DVAT in Dec 2014, got VAT no as well but physical verification has not happened till date. In April 2015 we changed our busuiness premise. Now how to get the same updated and get physical verification at new business premise.

Dear Amit !
Normally for any kind of DVAT Ammendments there is Form 7 which you can file online & submit the same at Department along with Supporting Documents.
But now a days department provided a facility to update all business details by filling form DP-1 (last date of filling the same is 30th June' 2015) as per last notification.
Please update your business detail by online filling Form DP-1 after loging into DVAT Site through your TIN & Password.
After filling & approving the form DP1 an acknowlegment will be generate, file hard copy of the acknowledgement, alongwith supporting legal document(s) in the ward concerned.
