if i have to know Adress of the person on behalf of PAN, is there any way to know?

No it is not possible to know his address
as we can seen, through login to efilling... No way like this?
If you have their e filing Login Id and Password you can get the address
actually he is a fraud person... i have his PAN.... thts why i want to know address... how can i login without password or reset?
