Hi,
I have taken permission to study additional course of B.com and have completed my B.com course in May 2014. Now I would like to pursue Company Secretary (CS) course along with my CA course. Now I'm in my second year of Articleship. Request you to guide me on the procedural aspects to and if any permission is required from ICAI or my principal. Also let me know if it is ok if I take permission after registering for CS course (if any permission is required).

You can send a letter to institute and additionally include Form 112 informing that you have complete B.Com and you are taking permission to do CS
Gayatri u r under com[pletion of yur article traning, almost a year left... so you can register for cs without any prior permission of yur principal................ thats all according to me, i may be wrong, not sure actually..
any permission may not be required
