Additional conditions for Residential Status!
Please let me know what are the additional condition for residential status of an Individual sec 6(6)

As per Sec 6(6) an Individual is said to be R and OR if he satisfies both the condition specified below
a) He should be resident in any 2 out of 10 years preceding the relevant previous year.
b) His total stay in India in the last 7 years preceding the relevant previous year is 730 days or more.
If only one or none of the conditions are satisfied the Individual is said to be R but NOR.
