1. Can both an addition and retirement of a partner be done in a single form 4.
2. Is it necessary to prepare a amended deed of just notice for cessation and consent for addition needs to be filed.

Hello,
The addition and retirement of partner would be as per the provisions of LLP agreement. The Same can be done in single form provided you are complying with the minimum no. of partners in LLP.
Further, generally there is no requirement of change in LLP agreement on addition and retirement of partner, but in this case too you have to refer the LLP agreement, if its a condition then you have to modify the agreement.
