if any accountant deny his claint to give him income tax books of accounts . Then what action can be taken against accountant

have the client paid the professional fees for work done ??
if not then accountant has a right to lien over the books of client..
if not then accountant has a right to lien over the books of client..
must have good rapport with accountant . if u r sincere in ur efforts he too shall reciprocate.
