Acquisition of One Partnership Firm by Another Partnership FIrm

If there are two partnership firms, say A and B, and both these firms have the same set of partners. The partners decide to shift the entire business including sales, stock, debtors, creditors of the partnership firm A into that of partnership firm B. In such case what will be requirements or documents that will be needed?
