Are IndAS applicable for may 2012 final exams? also should i buy ds rawat accounting standard book may 2011 edition or wait for the new edition?

IndAS are not applicable for May 2012 exams. Because the implementation date of IndAS is still not yet notified by Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Even if it notifies next month, it is not applicable. Reason being, to get included in syllabus, there should be 6months gap between the date of implementation and the date of exam.
As there no changes in existing standards now, no need to buy fresh book.

acutally, i was living in chicago and there were a chicago quickbooks help whic i am using. that's my reviewer, maybe it can help you...
