9 months is enough time for preparation of pcc or Ipcc. so i dont see a reason why ipcc accnts paper will be easier than pcc accnts paper.
on the contrary ipcc students have to put eextra effort for ipcc accounts because their syllabus is bifurcated so there is more probability of every topic to be covered in the exams...
