if a owner of marriage garden used it for her/his personal use how it is recorded ??

What type of entity is the owner, a firm or proprietary. if yes then it needs to be accounted through capital account.
if it's other type of entity then accounting will be different

In Case of Sole Proprietary Firm Accounting have to be done through Capital Account.
