when a company pay income tax appeal fees what will be  its accounting treatment in books or tally?

as per my opinion appeal fees will be treated as legal charges in books of accounts so legal charges will be debited and cash/bank will be credited

it like expenses , Only tax treatment as disallowed expenses.
