It is one of the costs of conversion, so this cost will be included into closing inventory of finished goods if material waste is dissolved in it. Sry,
Forgot, if you are paying fixed charges to municipality, it must be treated as factory overheads.
You should show it under Waste & Scrap(Factory Overhead)
Yes, it is other Factory OH costs. Also, we don't create Accounts Head for Waste Water Removal. Bcoz, some category of waste water is related to PCB compliance. You may book under STP charges
