Kindly let me know can a pvt company accept loan from another unrelated private company as per the provisions of new Companies Act, 2013 ?

1) Check borrowing power of your company u/s 180(1)(c). If necessary, pass special resolution and file MGT.14 with ROC.
2) Pass Board resolution in Board meeting u/s 179(3)(d) and file MGT.14 with ROC.
