Can a Unlisted public company accept loans from relative of directors
Turnover of co- 46crs
paid up capital+reserves and surplus=1.9crs

can a public company accepts loans from outsiders i.e individuals, who are not related at all?

a public company who fulfill the criteria of eligible company can accept deposit from public subject to compliance of section 76,read with deposit rules..
