acceptance of loan from relative of directors is available for private limited companies. a public cannot accept...

can a public company accepts loans from outsiders i.e individuals, who are not related at all?

a public company who fulfill the criteria of eligible company can accept deposit from public subject to compliance of section 76,read with deposit rules..
