about the general management and communication skills course

can any plesae help me out with the proper knowledge about the general management and communication skills courrse.

My first attempt to ca final was in nov 2010 and i cud not clear the same.

M appearing for the same this may.My articleship period began on 28 the feb 2008 and is for three years i.e 28th feb 2011.

Please guide about wen can i do this course and how to approach for the same.
