Is any prohibition on llp, means is it baned from moa for sometimes?

Person not having DIN cnt form a LLP as of now.. this is the only restriction

then how it will be solved...
afterall for being a director of llp DIN is required document so how it will be happen!

Any person who wants to obtain DIN shld be appointed as director in any existing company or designated partner in any existing LLP.. By this, such person will get DIN and can incorporate new LLP
