Some businessman submit their Aug 3b on 26 th Sep..with late fee...but can not deposit their fee...
now they are suffer when they generate evc ....
but some are filled their Aug 3b on 4 Oct 2017..
they are happy ...& here is none any late fee.they can easily filled their return...
what is the policy of department...
this is a dual policy...
It is dictatorship...some time they impose fee some times they waived
