about late fee
Feb 2018 onwards i can not file gstr3b, now i file the 3b in July 2018, my question is every month i can pay late fee or the total late fee in Feb 18 return, pls anyone help me.

U can calculate total late fee payable upto July-18 for returns in each month and pay in total. Now when u will offset liability for each month it will get adjusted month wise.
Late fee is auto calculated while submitting returns.
