Their is error in form no 16A provided by deductor.
the pan number is wrong.
when i check form 26AS for the income tax credit form 26AS not showing the TDS shown in that FORM no 16A ,i think this ia due to wrong entery of pan card number in form no 16A.
can anyone tell who will correct this the deductor or the income tax department?
This mistake can be corrected by the Deductor only by Revising the E-TDS Return by quoting the correct PAN. Income Tax Department has no powers to make any changes in 26AS Statement.

Hi,
As a deductee you always have the right to claim the correct TDS certifiate from the deductor, unless you have provided the incorrect details.It is his responsibility to furnish you the correct TDS certificate.
Now you need to ask you deductor to file a revised e tds returns and claim the credit thereafter.
