About e commerce business online
can composition dealer sells goods thorough online like Flipkart, Amazon etc. pls suggest me.

Quick Summary
Flipkart , Amazon are E.commerce Operators , so as per section 10(2)(d) of the CGST Act, composition dealer Can not sell through E Commerce Opretor.
If my turnover up to 40 laks. I have not registered in gst. can I sell goods e commerce operators. GST compulsory or not. please suggest me.
One has to registered compulsory himself , under GST to supply through E.commerce opretor, as per section 24(ix) of the CGST Act 2017 ( amended till date) .
As per Finance Act, 2023, you have option to do this.
Now composition dealers can sell their goods through e-commerce, however, inter state supplies cannit be made by them through e-commerce. For making inter state supplies, a regular registration will be required.
