I have one doubt on CTC please clarify
Right now my CTC- 2,10,000 in this amount not include my meals allowance 50 Rupees per day(12500 P/A) & Insurance policy 4000 P/A please let me know what is my current CTC -2,10,000 or 2,26,500

Your CTC is 226500.00.That is the cost the company will incur for your services.Why this is important for you two reasons a) When you get your annual pay increase you should measure how much growth was there from 226500 not from 210000.
Your cost to the company (CTC) is Rs 210000 + 12500 + 4000 = 226500
Your CTC would be INR 226500 because meaning of CTC is cost to the companies that means whatever expenses occured by the co towards your employment this should be the part of the cost to the company
