I received credit note from registered company I am also register dealer if I received credit (indirect income)note from company then reverse charge is applicable or not.
No reverse charge is not applicable.........

if company show credit not as a discount on their book then I show in my book is indirect income any reverse charge made in my account

Reverse charge is not applicable in your case......
You can shown it as discount received under indirect income...........

if I received credit note from registered delear without gst or I can say these credit note is indirect income for me then it's necessary to show in gstr1
