About Cancellation order
If we applied for Cancellation of gst in Oct. 2018 but still now it's under processing but now deptt. Send me the notice about filling of return.. Should I fill or not

Yes ,... you are liable to file return till the date of order of cancellation
But they charged huge amount of penalty if date of order of Cancellation till not received
Have to pay , cannot escape........
As per GST Rule 22, Proper officer is required to issue order within 30 days of application. You may remind them or write to the higher officer. If, the cancellation order may be issued with back date no need to file return
