About articleship query

I have cleared my ipcc on Nov 2014 and I started my articleship on 31/03/2014 and i have taken transfer on 30/06/2014..So i cannot join new firm soon after..then i got register under new ca On 13/08/2014 by having gap of 43 days between the date of transfer and new registrtaion...Now i have heard that due to gap between these period my Final attempt may got extend to May 2017...Can i will eligible for my final attempt on Nov 2016?????.. If i cant then want are the procedure ???
