Aadhar mandatory for vat registration

I am trying to apply for cst +vat registration from Delhi. but it is asking for aadhar no.. is it mandatory for online dvat registration. .how can I file application for dvat Registration without aadhar cArd. thanks

Aadhar Card is not mandatory.. you can file for DVAT registration without mentioning Aadhar Card

REGN form is asking for AADHAR no and this is mandatory. How to tackle?
