A Y 2018-19 Return
For A Y 2018-19 , A return was filed. Later it was treated defective since P & L , BS was not given as was not maintaining books and defect was not accepted by us. Now received a notice the return as invalid. what is the remedy. Its a case of Refund

You apply online for a permission to file return under 119(2)(b) and after approval file it with BS P&L etc. This Wii take of refund
