Demmed export on ARE-1? Correct it.

If you have supplied to 100% EOU, you need to follow ARE-3 procedure. The details is there in CBEC circular 579/16/2001-CX dated 26.06.2001. In this procedure, triplicate copy should go to the consignee. The consignor will keep duplicate after return from warehouse, duly endorsed by the consignee.

kindly tell me the procedure to export goods as a Merchant Exporter.  What kind of papers

are required step by step.  how to insruct the manufacturers etc.

Assuming you have done direct export. In that case origional, duplicate & qunatiplicate copy will move with shipment.

Triplicate & Quadriplicate copy copy will be submitted to excise office within 24 hrs of export.
