A little enlightening on exemption

Query ----- is there a limit on maximum number of exemption that one could avail....i.e. if i secured 60+ marks in all 5 subjects and failed in CAFM & ITSM then will i get exemption in all 5 subjects ???  if yes then in the succeeding attempt all i need is 40+ marks in the  failed papers because aggregate problem is already solved right ????
