Hey guys. I was just wondering if there is any comprehensive website for Company Law?
I'm not talking about a website that just gives me the bare act. I'm asking for a website which explains in detail the relevant Company Law Section in an understandable manner. I'm sure most of you would agree when I say that a website with just the bare act is pretty useless to us most of the time when we are in a hurry looking for information.
I'm talking about a website which explains the sections in a simple and understandable manner with examples; much like the notes we take down in class or the textbooks we use to study for our exams.
A website like this would be useful for students and professionals alike. So please let me know if you guys have come across any website of this genre. Thank you.
