I found this wonderful one for checking the focus level of your eyes. Here an Excel Sheet is attached and in this excel sheet:
There is a doll hiding in the box to which a hand is pointing. At the start of the game, it is in box 1. This box will move randomly and after it stops you will have to find out in which the doll is in. You will have to keep your eyes fixed on that box. That is the test. You will have to complete up to level 8.
