Under 80d I am claiming deduction of rs.25000 age-55 and preventive health checkup-5000 can I claim 30000 or overall it is restricted to 25000.

No, only Rs. 25000 can be claimed as a deduction.

In your case, it's restricted to 25,000/- only.

No, Preventive health check up is included in limit of 25000 Soo you can claim upto Rs. 25000/-
