80 c deduction

if premium cheque is issued on fY 2017 18 but deposited by insurance. co is 2018 19 in which year i can avail deduction in 80 c

You can deduct based on receipt basis...
Which date in the receipt (FY 17-18 or FY 18-19) then you can consider...

Check the date of receipt issued by insurer.

means receipt is issued on 23 mar in which it is due but payment is deduct on 8 apr 2018

I think the Receipt is Demand Notice...?
If Am I right...?

If Yes... You can't claim deduction in FY 17-18...
