no. there is no such requirement under teh presenty credit rules. The rule merely says that the goodsvshould be sent under a challan. However, the format of the earlier 57f4 rule can be followed 

 if u r sending Cenvat Credit Raw material to job work purpose to another primises then only fallow the Job work procedure as per the Cenvat credit rules, that metireals through Jobwork challan only, this challan under section 57F Rule
