50C - Percentage variation allowed in Sale consideration Vs. Stamp Duty Value

Kindly advise on latest change in percentage variation in Sale consideration in comparison to stamp duty value as per Section 50C, as we know, upto AY 2019-20 it was 5%.
I have been told that wef AY 2021-22 the percentage Variation has been increased to 10%.

No, there is no such amendment. it is still 105%
As during this covid period, market Value is much below circle rate, what type of document is advised to avoid conflict with provisions of Section 50C.
