3b return filling issues- decimle point

I am unable to file GSTR 3b due to decimle impact.

I have IGST input in decimle units and the system is not accaptiong the decimle figure niether allowing me to file the return or offset the liability, it is asking me to set off the cgst liability 1st.  even i have made the payemt twice to set it off with cash paid, which is too not allaowable.

Please inform me if any one have faced the same problem.
