Sir most of taxpayer facing the server problem while the GSTR 3B. I was unable to file my return on before 20sep, as well as 21st, and 22nd due to server problem. so I want to know should Govt waive of late fee on 3B return?
This is ache din - We are paying interest and penalty due to the fault of GST portal, As per GOI tweet - More than 50 lakh return are pending, and they are charging RS.200 per day , The figure is - 50,00,000* 200=1000000000 per day penalty ( 100% fault of GST portal ), Our govt. must waive off full penalty
