Very beautiful thought by CEO of Coco-Cola. Thanks Madhu for sharing with us.Its really true in life. There's a need to have a well-balanced life and to take care of all those who are related to us.

It is very unfortunate that we Indians quote too much about foreigners whereas in our own literature and practical life; many marvellous things are already there.  

.

To say about  work, family, health, friends and spirit by a multinational company's CEO seems  contradictory. We already have our decent system of family and friends.  English is well known about good saying ( that is why it is known as one of the soft language in the world). But, pause for a moment. English is well known about saying only - not about doing. 

.

These multinationals are trying hard to disturb and distort our Indian culture by adopting working hours from 9 AM to 9 PM.

.

They don't wish our family system should continue. When most of the time is spent at office and transportation only; it is worthless to assume that after 10 years we will have a good system of family of our own. 

.

When one is not able to take food in time either at noon or at night; then forget about good health after some years. Till youth; its effect will not be seen but by the age of 40 or so; most of employees  would be affected by hypertension, heart problems and diabities etc. 

.

He is  asking about  friends (because in foreign culture; they can't assume the true Indian relations of Brothers, Sisters, Bhabhi, Nanad, Uncle etc.). For them family means wife and minor children only.   Regarding friends; in most of the cases; they are  calculative.

.

Regarding health; people prefer more mediclaim cover than carefulness about the health at their own. This is also the result of adopting alopathetic treatment which allows to take food what you wish when you are ill. 

.

Now it is the turn of spirit.

By motivational dose; these can be had again.

.

So whatever he has told looks very attractive. I wish to hit on his first word : don't care for job; it would be available. Would he like that his employee should leave his job if he doen't find it suitable for family and health ?

.

If you drop one of these ( i.e. family, health, friends and spirit) ; they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same.

What about job ? After leaving the job, would you find the same job again ?

Big man says Big Things only - They don't do Big - The product which they make has already proved to be non-nutritious for health. See, still he dares to tell about health !

For me; it is not the Heart Touching Speech - it is Heart Affecting Speech.
