Form 24AA is used for disclosure of interest by dir under section 299.

Dear Karan,

Section 274(1)(g) mentions only about two forms 1. DD-A & DD-B.

DD-A is required to be filed by every director, whenever he is being appointed as such in a Public Company.

DD-B is required to be filed by every company, which has defaulted in the provisions of Sec 274(1)(g).
