what compliances are to be done regarding 274(1)(g) of companies law as in what is the relevance of form DD-A, 24AA, and when are these reqirements needed to be complied with and how......plz help if anyone has the knowledge in the matter....

Form 24AA is used for disclosure of interest by dir under section 299.

Section 274(1)(g) mentions only about two forms 1. DD-A & DD-B.
DD-A is required to be filed by every director, whenever he is being appointed as such in a Public Company.
DD-B is required to be filed by every company, which has defaulted in the provisions of Sec 274(1)(g).
