Need to file 26QC?If tenant is paying 60k rent per month to 2 landlord by 30k and 30k..?

Total rent is 60k..but paying to 2 landlord below 50k

Sec 194IB is applicable if payee is a resident individual and Rent paid or payable to such individual per month or part of the month is Rs.50,000 and TDS to be deducted @ 5%. And form 26QC to be accompanied with the deducted TDS. And form 16C to be issued to the landlord after filing Form 26QC. So it's clear from Sec 194IB that Rs.50,000 to be paid per month for a single individual person. Now In ur case, may be per month rent is 60,000 i.e more than 50,000 per month but per person it is only 30,000 I.e less than 50,000. So sec 194IB itself is not applicable and automatically u need not file Form 26QC and issue form 16C to ur land lords
