Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how to fill out Form 26QB when there are multiple buyers for a property. It explains that the sale value reported should be the actual value paid by each buyer, not the full property value. For instance, if two sellers sell a property for £1 crore, each seller should report £50 lakhs. Similarly, if two buyers have a 50% share each, the reported property value will be £50 lakhs, with TDS calculated on their proportionate share.

The actual value of the property being paid by each buyer.

in  case of two sellers say A and B selling property of 1 cr - what should be value of property reported while filling 26QB for each seller ? 50 lacs or 1 crore

Rs. 50 lakhs.

Thanks and if there are two buyers also having 50% share then value of property reported will be 50 lacs and stamp duty value of proportionate share will be 25 lac on which tds will be auto calculated.
