Hi All,

On the incometaxindia efilling site when i try to register it says by PAN card has already been registered

https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/uploadXML.do?assyr=2009

But i havent done it before ....It might be possible kii through which i have filled my return for the first time he might have creates it ...could anyone please help to generate a new one or how should i get a new password for the login ... as i have to check 26AS statement of refund..... Please share your opinion how should i go ahead ...and whom should i contact for again registering or for generating new password .
