26AS tds is a decimal amount 17453.70. Since IT forms dont accept decimal, should I ignore the decimal 70 paise? Dont want a tds mismatch situation. Please guide.

Try filing using online module. That auto populate figures from form 26AS.

On income tax e filing website. Go to e-file > Income tax return > Submission mode to Prepare and submit online.
You need not go to any other 3rd party website. I am talking about the income tax department website.
