Dear sirs,

How to revise 20B filed of 2008-09..... We discovered a mistake in one of our clients annual return filed by them

Can we just file a new 20B by showing in the attachment schedule V that it is a revised return?

Thanks in advance....

In case of any coorection in  Annual Return already filed with ROC can be made and filer with ROC a revised Form 20 B alongwith Altered Annual Return.

is it possible to file Form 2 for a company which has already filed its 20B??

and then to file revised 20B.....

Capital as per balance sheet and annual return is not matching....:(

Dear Froend

I think you will file Form-2 for addition allotment which have not shown in earlier Form-20. It will not count as revised filing.

No prob.. u can file revised Form20B but remember one thing that the wrong form20B will also be on portal (it will not be deleted/replaced).. latest one will prevail..

u can file form2 first if the allotment is on back date.. & after then u can file corrected form20B.
