iam having tds certificate on sec.194B . This amount is eligible for claim of refund or not.

No net refund,,,,,,,

You have to file return and offer the same as tax over the winnings,,,,, so, net effect is ZERO.

What is TDS amount ? Depending upon ,you get refund to the extent of Rs 2500 being rebate

i think you have to calculate basic exemption limit and thereof basic slab rate if you haven't any other income.
