Quick Summary
If you have commission income, you generally cannot use ITR 4 for presumptive taxation, as it's not applicable to commission earnings. Instead, you should file using ITR 3. This allows you to declare your commission as business income and deduct legitimate expenses incurred in earning that commission, thereby reducing your total taxable income.

Make Profit and loss statement and show expenses incurred against gross commission income.
Itr4 is applicable for presumptive taxation, but it is clearly mention in 44ad that it is not applicable to commission income.

A person earning income from commission/brokerage can not adopt presumptive Taxation scheme.
So, As per above provision, you are not eligible to take benifit of Presumptive Taxation scheme, So,you can't use ITR 4

You can file your return in ITR 3, Showing commision as business income, after Deduction of expenses of your business.
