A person wanted to send Education/Tuition fees to Canadian College for the education of his son. Whether he has to obtain Form 15CA-15CB from a Chartered Accountant? If no, then where is this notification?Reply fast

YES generally every person going to study abroad takes that certificate from a CA.

It is needed in case of VISA and not for studying abroad i belive.
