ya 2 some extend it matters dat where from one has undergone 15 months internship  .!! 

pl explain co looks for the fame of the firm/cs where one pursues the training or hw much the candidate know?pl advise hw to choose

hey ruchika dont wory about only the fame or reputation of respective company coz its not the only criteria on which  selection process is based , at the end your knowledge matters too...

so u should look for versatility of work and go for a company or firm which offers you opportunity  of learning  ...and training is all about lerining parctical exposures of professional feild..
